If you have been working towards earning Honors in the Major, please submit the following form.

Deadline to submit the form:

• December 2021 grads: September 3, 2021
• May 2022 grads: February 4, 2022
• August 2022 grads: February 4, 2022 (to be recognized in May Commencement Book); or July 15, 2022

If the deadline for your graduation has passed, please contact Christie Martin.

The Honors Program Scholar designation is processed automatically; this form is only for Honors in the Major.
