Join us for #MindfulMonday at a “Managing Your Stress by Being More Mindful” workshop presented by Health and Wellness. Learn about the different factors that add to students’ stress levels, a model that describes effective coping techniques for stress, self-care strategies and campus resources, and the art and science of practicing mindfulness. Saturday, October 14th | 10AM - 1PM | Bloomington ReStore
The Honors Program is excited to partner with the Bloomington ReStore for this fall's chosen service project! While not directly involved in the construction of decent, affordable homes, the Habitat for Humanity ReStore provides funding to assist in the building process. The ReStore also provides building materials and household items at a reduced cost to Bloomington-Normal community members, helping to keep usable materials out of landfills by upcycling and recycling wherever possible. Transportation will be provided for those who need it. Please register by October 13th.
