The Honors Program appreciates the hard work of its students. We realize our students truly go the extra mile in their academic pursuits, and because of that dedication, we go the extra mile to help them receive an affordable education through our academic scholarships. Listed below are scholarship opportunties available only to current Illinois State Honors students:
A number of summer and semester partial tuition scholarships are awarded to current Honors students each year. Students must complete at least one semester in the Honors Program before they are eligible to apply. Students apply for these scholarships in the spring semester for the following academic year.

Senior Professional mentees are eligible to apply for the $1000 Charles W. Bolen Award.

Approximately three awards are given each spring.
Research Mentorships offer Honors students the opportunity to earn a monetary stipend while working with a faculty member on a research-related project. These projects can last for one or two semesters (with a workload of 7-9 hours per week). Approximately 30 Mentorships are awarded each year.
